Specialty position in Real Estate Sales, Title and more. I am a Senior Vice President with a top tier Real Estate Sales Company based in Manhattan. In six months I plan to move my family back to Huntington Long Island to make my life where I grew up. I also plan to bring my Manhattan based business to Huntington as well.
Currently I work with dozens of different clients at one time and sell about five homes a month. My business also reaches different sectors and encompasses different dynamics of the residential market.
I need a manager/assistant who can control the helm of the business. Build out the conversation and relocation and steadily manage clients and process throughout.
This position would start in Manhattan move to Huntington within six month. It is a full time position, Monday thru Friday. No license is required but would be helpful. There is a small salary with commissions.
The most important skills needed is customer service and file management. Computer skills are a must and multi tasking is essential. Be prepared in dealing with all kinds of individuals within many different situations.
